FX GYM User Agreement

This Agreement is written in Chinese and English. If there is any ambiguity between Chinese and English, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Usually, when you use the services provided by Fandus Xtrm (Global) Limited (hereinafter referred to as: FX GYM), "FX GYM" will collect a variety of information to improve operating efficiency and do our best to provide you with the best products and services and experience.

We hereby remind you to carefully read and fully understand this "FX GYM Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") - you should carefully read and fully understand the terms of this "Agreement", including the exemption or limitation of "FX GYM" liability disclaimers and restrictions on your rights. Please read it carefully and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement (minors should read it accompanied by a legal guardian). 1. Rules of use

You fully understand and agree that FX GYM only provides you with a platform for information sharing, transmission and acquisition. You must be responsible for all actions under your registered account, including any content you transmit and any results resulting therefrom. You should make your own judgment on the content in FX GYM and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness or usefulness of the content. FX GYM cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by user actions.

Any content you transmit in the FX GYM service or through FX GYM does not reflect the views or policies of FX GYM, and FX GYM does not assume any responsibility for this.

You fully understand and agree that FX GYM provides point-to-point real-time sharing services based on the user relationship network. You must bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality and validity of the registration information on FX GYM. You may not impersonate others; you may not take advantage of Spread any information in the name of others; you must not use the registered account maliciously to cause other users to misidentify you; otherwise FX GYM has the right to immediately stop providing services, withdraw the FX GYM account, and you will solely bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

You are solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, validity, etc. of the information transmitted on FX GYM. Any legal liability related to the information you transmit is your own responsibility and has nothing to do with FX GYM.

FX GYM reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend, restrict, terminate or cancel all or part of the service content of this service at any time without any notice due to business development needs. You need to bear this risk. After FX GYM updates the corresponding terms, users can re-download and install the software or check the latest version of the agreement terms in the APP settings. After FX GYM modifies the terms of the Agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the software and services provided by FX GYM. The user's continued use will be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement.

The services provided by FX GYM may include advertisements, and you agree to display advertisements provided by FX GYM and third-party suppliers and partners during use.

Users are not allowed to use FX GYM or FX GYM services to create, upload, copy, or send the following content:

 Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;

◦ Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

◦ Damaging national honor and interests;

◦ Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;

◦ Undermining national religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

◦ Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability;

◦ Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigate crime;

◦ Insulting or defaming others and infringing upon others’ legitimate rights and interests;

◦ Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

FX GYM may, based on its reasonable judgment, have the right to stop transmitting any of the aforementioned content in accordance with the law for content that violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement; or that infringes, impedes or threatens the rights or safety of any person, or impersonates others. and has the right to take appropriate legal action against any person who violates these terms at its sole discretion, including but not limited to deleting illegal, infringing, inappropriate and other content from the FX GYM service and terminating the membership of the violator. Prevent them from using all or part of FX GYM services, save relevant information and report to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations. If the judicial department confirms that the above judgment of FX GYM is wrong, the user agrees that FX GYM will not bear any consequences caused thereby.

FX GYM reserves the right to replace, modify or upgrade the Software by providing you with it at any time and to charge fees for the replacement, modification or upgrade. This "software" enables users to activate the "upgrade reminder" function by default. Depending on the version of the "software" used by the user, FX GYM provides users with the option to choose whether they need to activate this function. After a new version of the software is released, FX GYM does not guarantee that the old version of the software will continue to be available. FX GYM reserves the right to unilaterally change or restrict some functional effects of the software due to business development needs. Users need to bear this risk.

User rights and obligations:

◦ The ownership of the FX GYM account belongs to FX GYM. After the user completes the application registration procedure, he or she will obtain the right to use the FX GYM account. This right to use belongs only to the initial applicant and registrant and is prohibited from gifting, borrowing, renting, transferring or selling. FX GYM has the right to reclaim the user's FX GYM account due to business needs.

◦ Users have the right to change and delete personal information, registration information and content on FX GYM, but please note that deleting relevant information will also delete any text and pictures you have stored in the system. Users bear this risk.

◦ The user is responsible for properly keeping the security of the registered account information and account password. The user needs to bear legal responsibility for the actions under the registered account and password. User agrees not to use another member's account or password under any circumstances. You agree to notify FX GYM immediately if you suspect that someone else is using your account or password.

◦ Users should abide by the terms of this agreement and use this service correctly and appropriately. If the user violates any terms of this agreement, FX GYM has the right to terminate the provision of services to the FX GYM account of the defaulting user in accordance with the agreement.

◦ If the user has his own commonly used English account, then the user has the priority to register the English account as an FX GYM account. However, if the user does not register an FX GYM account within a period of time after the FX GYM service is launched, or the user has registered FX GYM account, but the English account is not used as an FX GYM account, the user is deemed to have given up the right to register the English account as an FX GYM account, and FX GYM has the right to recycle the English account and assign it to other users to avoid Any waste of resources and resulting problems will be borne by the user.

FX GYM and its partners are not responsible for any losses suffered by users due to communication line failures, technical problems, network, computer failures, system instability and other force majeure reasons caused by third parties such as telecommunications departments.

All movements and training plans of FX GYM are only for reference. The specific needs should be determined according to the user's own situation. FX GYM is not responsible for any injuries that occur during training.

FX GYM may permanently stop the operation of this software due to force majeure reasons: such as natural disasters, network or server damage, company termination of operations or business adjustments. If the software is discontinued, the user will no longer be able to use the software. Regardless of whether the user has conducted consumption activities on the software or used a redemption code to obtain any additional service functions provided by the software, the company does not need to pay any compensation to the user.

If the normal operation of the service is affected by force majeure events such as technical failures, FX GYM and its partners promise to cooperate with the relevant units as soon as possible and handle the repairs in a timely manner. However, for all losses suffered by the user, FX GYM and its partners will The unit does not assume responsibility.

This service, like most Internet services, is affected by differences in factors including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc., and may be affected by various security issues, such as others using the user's information to cause real-life harassment; other software downloaded and installed by users or other websites visited contain viruses such as "Trojan horses", which threaten the security of users' computer information and data, thereby affecting the normal use of this service, etc. Users should strengthen their awareness of information security and user data protection, and pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid losses and harassment.

Users must understand that the use of this service may be affected by unstable factors in various aspects because it involves Internet services.
